Refund policy
Airvolution Labs will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or returned damaged.
Unless the return is our fault due to error or defective product. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please email hello@airvolutionlabs.com with your order number to start the returns process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@airvolutionlabs.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may require photographic evidence or further information to assess the issue. Upon verification we will offer, a refund or replacement depending on the circumstance.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been used.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Change Of Mind
We will provide store credit for any changes of mind prior to an order being shipped. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Subscriptions
No refunds are made to subscription orders which are cancelled before the 3x cycle (24 weeks) subscription due to the discount offered on the subscription. You may only cancel your subscription after the subscription cycle is completed.
30 Day Risk Free Policy
If you try our Airvolution Labs products and are unhappy within 30 days and you've given it a proper trry with proper application, please email us at hello@airvolutionlabs.com with the subject title "RISK-FREE", You will be required to send us photos of your application technique and video evidence of you trialling the product daily in order for us to process your refund. Should you fail to provide us with the evidence that you gave the products a 'fair go' then you may not qualify for a refund.
